LXME的一项调查显示，印度女性的情况往往更为严重，其中50%的女性不是活跃的投资者。此外，瑞银(UBS)的一项全球研究表明，即使是高净值女性，她们的财务规划也是由家庭中的男性管理的。在这个情绪激动的时期，做出明智和战略性的财务决策变得困难。战略性地规划赡养费、指导共同财产的分割、估计离婚后的收益和投资目标是需要战略支持的关键决策。
虽然离婚的第一步是找一位强有力的律师，但很少有人认识到财富顾问的重要性，他们是商业家族和富人财富的保管人。他们确保在离婚前、离婚期间或离婚后，不会做出情绪化的、计划外的财务决定。

2. 在离婚期间分割资产会涉及哪些税务问题?你能否就如何减少我的税务负担提供指导?每一项资产分配都有其独特的税收含义。通过分析税基、资本收益和潜在的扣除，顾问可以为资产划分结构提供指导，以最大限度地减少税务负债。
3.在离婚期间和离婚后，我们如何管理共同监护账户的所有权，应该做些什么来确保双方对账户有平等的访问权?管理共同托管账户的共同财务责任是一个重大问题。理财顾问指导如何设置适当的权限，建立沟通渠道，并实施跟踪捐款和费用的系统。
4. 如果我们共同拥有一家企业，我们如何划分我们的资产?确定企业公允价值的最佳方法是什么?我们如何确保每一方都能获得公平的资产份额?在界定共同所有企业的资产时，法院通常依靠财务报表、市场分析和行业基准等因素来确定公允价值。财富顾问可以帮助专业人士从事业务评估，确保准确的评估。

离婚从来都不是一件愉快的事，必须承认，再多的计划也无法帮助控制离婚过程中的情感负担。但在离婚过程中，合理的财务规划是至关重要的，一位可靠的财富顾问的角色是关键。
